Privacy Policy

Our check-in time is from 3 pm - 10 pm. If you like to check-in early we charge £5 per hour for early check-in subject to the availability of the room from Monday to Thursday and £10 per hour for early check-in subject to the availability of the room from Friday to Sunday. If you are arriving later in the evening after 10 PM, we provide this service for a charge of £10/- for checking in until 12 PM. If you are checking in any later, we charge £30 for late night check-in and must be arranged and confirmed at least 4 days prior to arrival.

Noise Nuisance

Parties or any other social gatherings, which cause noise nuisance, are not permitted in the property, in accordance with UK legislation. In the event of any noise nuisance which disturbs other guests, the management shall take immediate appropriate action, which may involve contacting the police or other appropriate authorities or security companies. Guests and/or guests’ visitors, if causing noise nuisance shall be asked to leave the hotel immediately. As per the enclosed policy, there is a fine of £120 for causing noise nuisance. The guests’ £50 deposit paid will be applied to this charge, and the guest will be required to pay an additional £70 immediately.

Smoking is Prohibited

We are a non-smoking hotel therefore smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere else in the building. Any damage caused to the rooms or to the building/parts of the building, by smoking, including smell or burn marks, shall be assessed and the causing such damage shall be requested to pay for the full repair costs and damages. As per the enclosed policy there is a fine of £150 for smoking. The guests’ £50 deposit paid will be applied to this charge, and the guest will be required to pay an additional £100 immediately.

Zero Tolerance Drug Policy

We have a zero-tolerance drug policy in this hotel, anyone caught in possession, distributing or using drugs in the property shall be checked-out of the hotel immediately and reported to the police according to UK legislation. No refund will be given for the booking under these circumstances.

Apartment Cleaning Services

It is the guest’s responsibility to keep the apartment clean and tidy. Included cleaning services;

  • Emptying bins every other day

We offer the following paid cleaning service, which costs £10 per day. Also available as a one-off cleaning service.

  • Bed linen changed every day
  • Towels changed every day
  • Hoovering and mopping the apartment

Upon check-out, it is the guests’ responsibility to leave the apartment in a similar condition to how it was received upon check-in. If the apartment is left not clean, we have a right to charge between £3 to £15 to clean the apartment. If towels and/or linen are stained with, including; hair dye, fake tan, mud and/or make up, you will be charged the following; £9 for a large towel, £5 small towel, £6 for a bath mat, £3 for a pillowcase, £24 for duvet cover, £10 for the bottom sheet, £12 for the mattress protector, £20 for the duvet and £85 for mattress cleaning.


All guests are required to pay a £50 deposit per apartment upon arrival to cover any damages in the apartments. The deposit paid via card and we take a pre-authorisation of £50 from you card, which is released up to 10 working days from the date of check-out.


As we are a pet friendly hotel, pets are allowed to stay in the property for a £10 per night per pet charge.


Check-out is by 10am, if you would like to extend your check-out this is available Monday through to Thursday at a fee of £5 per hour 10am until 1pm and a £10 per hour fee from 1pm until 4pm, with 4pm being the latest check-out time. Late check-out is available on Friday and Sunday at a fee of £10 per hour from 10am until 4pm. Upon check-out please return your key cards to the reception, which is open from 8am. If you are checking out prior to these hours, please drop your key cards in the black drop boxes located at all exits of the building. If your keys are not returned there is a £10 charge per key.

Please note that upon check in, guest will be asked to provide the credit/debit card, which have used when placing the reservation, as well as a valid photo ID matching the name printed on the credit/debit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservation cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge. If cancelled or modified at any time, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
